The company needed a solution that would:
Allow their network of engineers and sub-contractors to share files on any device, at the office and remotely
Store and share operation and maintenance manuals, health and safety reports, ISO documentation and procedures in order to meet the high service availability requirements of major clients

File Sync & Share
The solution allowed:
Teams to work remotely, securely and to collaborate. The platform allows users to share files from any device, anywhere.
Access to the fileshare system through an app for phones and tablets. This means engineers can instantly access operations and user manuals, ensuring an efficient trouble shooting diagnosis and maintenance on-site.
Set up of a QR system to allow Thermodial engineers to scan a QR code on each unit. This service brings the engineers directly to the client folder with the service logs, maintenance reports & issues and user manuals of of the air conditioning unit.
Office based users can store documents in the usual way as the system does not change the interface or the way they work, making it simple to use.
