Resolve IntegraLynx solution is a purpose-built platform to solve complex administration functions across the funds and insurance industry. Resolve's client base extends from local Irish firms to large global regulated financial services firms.

Challenge
Until recently, Resolve's clients were more comfortable with an on-premise IntegraLynx environment that they could manage themselves. However, the adoption of the cloud within regulated firms has picked up speed and they were finding an increasing number of prospects asking about a SaaS/managed cloud version of their solution.
Alongside this drive to the cloud, the cyber security and data protection requirements of regulated financial services firms are becoming more explicit and complex. This is being driven by the regulators, who are pushing regulated firms to manage third-party / supply chain risk more effectively. Resolve's clients and prospects are extremely concerned about managing information security risk. They are seeking increasing levels of evidence to prove that providers such as Resolve are managing this risk appropriately.
Solution
Develop a SaaS-based version of their solution.
Formally certify to a recognised security standard. Based on feedback from clients and prospects, ISO27001 was clearly becoming a baseline expectation within the regulated financial services industry.
To implement the above solutions Resolve had the in-house knowledge to move their solution to the cloud and were confident they could learn how to design an environment that was compliant and secure, they also knew it was not the most valuable use of their time.
Resolve engaged with Savenet, an experienced IT partner to design, build and manage their cloud environment which enabled them to focus on higher value activities.
Microsoft Azure was chosen as the cloud platform, because of its leading technical and security capabilities.
Savenet built and now manage the Azure environments on an on going basis, to maintain the service uptimes, as well as the security and compliance scores. This is an important ongoing activity, these scores can fluctuate on a weekly basis as new threats emerge and patches are required, this removes the headache for Reitigh and their clients.
