Savenet Partner with Trinity Fund Administration

Trinity Fund AdministrationDuring their two year business partnership, Savenet Solutions has provided Trinity Fund Administration with a comprehensive Disaster Recovery solution. The solution does not require investment in hardware or software which meant huge cost savings for the Trinity Fund Administration. We spoke to Graham Wade, IT Manager with Trinity Fund Administration to find out how the solution has benefitted their business.

Business needs

“As part of our business we are required by the Financial Regulator to keep up to five years worth of data. Thanks to Savenet Solutions we are able to do so in a secure manner. All information is sent off-site and stored securely. We also have in-house storage for quicker recovery”, explains Graham. “We were seeking to secure the SAS70, which is an industry auditing standard. To achieve this we needed to have a Disaster Recovery system and that’s where Savenet came in. While the accreditation is not a requirement, it is hugely beneficial for business and we could not have secured it without Savenet

Benefits

Since the implementation of the system, Trinity Find have benefitted from increased security and peace of mind. Savenet send with daily update emails assuring the company that their data is up to date and safe. The current economic situation means that businesses must keep track of their data more than ever. Graham says, “The solution is constantly being improved and regular testing ensures that we have the latest updates and that all our data is being recovered. The solution has also provided us with the ability to restore accidental deletion of data which is a major plus.”

Recommendations

Graham continues, “Why should other businesses invest in a similar solution? Because it works is the simple answer! We previously worked with a data recovery provider but it didn’t work out. With Savenet Solutions they know exactly what they are doing, they are very proactive and always available when we need them. We have developed a good relationship and we are very happy to work with them.”
